Psalm 68:3-6 reads, “But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God; yes, let them rejoice exceedingly.  Sing to God, sing praises to His name; extol Him who rides on the clouds, by His name Yah, and rejoice before Him.  A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in His holy habitation.  God sets the solitary in families; He brings out those who are bound into prosperity; but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.”  As believers in Christ, we have reason to greatly rejoice because He has adopted us and placed us into His family. May this be an encouraging word that leads you to enter into worshiping God from a grateful heart this Thanksgiving season.

In his book
The Irresistible Church, Wayne Cordeiro says, “Gratefulness hears the sounds of what could be, even what should be, and it guides us with hope.  Gratefulness causes us to focus on God, who is perfect in glory.  It is the gateway through which our days may dance.” May all your days dance as you worship our heavenly Father with gratefulness.
